Our Shipping Policy

Shipping service and fees are determined based on the delivery address, location, material weight, and/or item quantity. We may use a 3rd party transport company to deliver our round pens, stalls, mare motels, and arenas. The customer is responsible for unloading materials. 

Our drivers are not the ones responsible for offloading the trailer unless agreed upon beforehand.

If we unload, we will drop the items within 10-15 feet from our trailer. If we cannot safely access your property, we will have to unload elsewhere. 

It is ideal if you have a heavy equipment/forklift and/or helpers for unloading your shipment.

It's common for scratches to appear on powder-coated finishes during transport. We do not use blankets, foam, or protective wrapping during transport. If this is something you're concerned about, then we recommend you pick it up yourself. Along with scratches, it could be common to see slightly bent material due to strapping down the load for a safe and secure haul. To avoid these potential type of logistic risks, we recommend you be the one responsible for picking up and transporting the materials.
